Tuesday November 15 2016

It is a pleasant fall day in Bakersfield.

The fall colors of the trees are noticeable around the vegetation.

This  morning I went to the Mt Vernon Clinic as always.

I read the newspapers that I was lucky enough to find at the kiosk.

I believe the printed paper business is folding as fewer and fewer people of the current generation are relying on newspaper with the obvious gain in electronic media.

Yet I like to read the hard copy of the paper whenever I found it available.

I had a brief conversation with Melissa today

  •  November the 23rd my wife will bring me to see Dr Alois Zauner in S. Barbara Cottage Hospital to check the result on my TAC . It is  an open item as its execution does not depend on me.
  • On November 30 I will go to see the dentist at the office of Dr. Philips to check on the status of my retainer. I am using it during the night, it is a little iron cast mask, but it does its job.
  • Last but not least on the December the 16 at 1pm I will have another check of my right eye. It is an appointment with Dr Castillo at the Retina Institute on Stockdale  I will have my eye dilated,  it is to check on the status of the crystalline as it was damaged following my stroke. I am getting a check once a year.
I feel -and forgive me to say it  once more-  that I have been  scarred for years to come with all these matters.

I normally equate it with having had a cancer, as such it  is a condition  that never goes away. It never disappears  from your life and you are always remembered about it. Whenever and wherever you go.

Regarding a different topic I am  going to mentioned to you all that I can see the difference in operation between a high tech company -like the one I used to work -and the way a big hospital like CNS works.

In my opinion in one aspect at CNS there is a lack of suitable documentation for the patients.

I used to be in charge of the Marketing for the high tech company I used to work before my head injury I can attest you that I have seen first hand  how things are implemented in the real business word.

As VP of Marketing  I had been in charge of  how to meet the requirements of the customers and the consequence of not meeting it at all.
I looked into how to gather the necessary resource by building an efficient documentation team that accounted a few technical writers under my supervision. Professional industry-grade documentation, revision control, history list, the whole nine yard of a suitable documentation.

I saw first hand how the powerful attitude of a happy and returning customer can positively  impact the business of a company.

I saw what a loyal customer can do increase a company's business.

Obviously this is a market oriented business where you have competition and the like.

There are competing resources and competing customers for every  single product.

Obviously this is not the way it goes in Bakersfield. Yet it would not take too much to start from one person and to build upon the experience of this individual in an on-going effort that would allow CNS to recoup some - if not - some of the  lost ground. Anyway something to mull upon for CNS and its Managers. My personal experience is really showing how different things are in Bakersfield.

Yesterday at the apartment I had a busy day.

I cooked a healthy vegetable soup. Carrot celery potatoes, squash and lentils.

A healthy soup with pasta.

While as I was cooking I also wrote a letter to the  boys.
In the local lingo of CNS this is called THP (Therapeutic Home Program).
Let's call it home for the time being and for the sake of making this argument.

Eyes hand coordination is being exercised while writing.  The capability of the brain to control small movement is constantly challenged. This is absolutely true and it is a good exercise.

It is an important perigee as it gave the biggest moon in the last 74 years

The park today is a very nice place to roam free. I had the newspaper today and returned as well the 25 cents that the kiosk gave me as extra.

Yesterday I sent an email to the Marketing department of the Bakersfield newspaper.
The email was explaining my frustration with their inability to properly stock the newspaper kiosk.
Miss Mary sent me to check the kiosk at the fire station the other day.

Obviously the kiosk is not there any longer...

The local kiosk is always short on newspapers... this means to me they see a small revenue stream from selling printed copies.
Even today I had the last copy.

The park in the morning

As I mentioned you I returned the dollar I received today to Miss Mary.
Compromising yourself for a few cents is not worth it at all.

Actually compromising yourself for money is not worth it.

Flowers at the park

My breakfast this morning

I went to the Mt Vernon Clinic. The usual routine took place..
I do not do anything at that place, but check in, wait for the room to be filled with patients.

Observe it all, breath it all. Read the newspapers and then at 11am come to the Houses of Hope.

Here I am working a the computer to fill my daily blog.

Today there was training for Parents and the lunch was offered by the Houses of Hope.
We had a good meal, enough for me, everybody ate enough and the left over - some good pizza- were taken to local fire station.

Everybody had enough to eat.

Next to Vianney there was a girl looking exactly like her.  I asked if they were related.
Vianney answered that she is her sister Erica.

They really look alike.

While at lunch Simona told me she landed safely. She has been in Bloomington Indiana for a seminar of hers.

She came back to California and she is doing fine. She mentioned I had been very bad in managing my phone data. I had incurred in extra charge. The fact is that whenever I am at the apartment I am using the local connection of the apartment. Well I am really not understanding were the extra data is going. Obviously Verizon is giving me lead way but it costs us a lot of money.
Speaking of PBS here is a news related to this world.

Today the lunch was offered here at the Homes of Hope. It was  a good  lunch. I normally do not eat this type of food. I  appreciated their thoughtful gesture anyway.

Enjoy the reading time to go.

Monday November 14

While the nation is going ahead with the latest political adventure  there is nothing more important to keep doing but Zumba to forget what has happened to this country.

Last Friday I had my regular Zumba at the gym.

Caroline, Lee, Saira, Salve and Marilyn are always at the gym with me to dance Zumba and forget a bit.

I had the chance of exchanging a quick opinion with Lee (white hairs and black shirt). He is saying that he is very concerned about this nation. He has colleagues from oversea that are very concerned.

Last Friday my memory book says that I sat down with my IPC Brandy and agreed that I am going to have an extra $40 for grocery whenever I  have money management.  This means  each Thursday.

The total of the money I will receiving is $115.

I do not need any extra for outing as I am  balancing my outing money with the church offer.

I am spending outing money for movie and for a snack. For an exact break down please keep reading below.

If I do not spend the whole $115 for grocery -hard to believe- I can keep it for me as my pocket money for another time.

On Saturday I  cleaned the whole apartment.

In the local lingo this is referred as ADL (Activity of Daily Living)

I used the carpet cleaner of the whole apartment first.
Afterward is was time to wash the floor with the Swifter.

I used the Clorox wipes to clean the table, chair and dust around the apartment

Here is me showing the cleaning of my bathroom.

The bathtub got a good scrub

Last Saturday I was supposed to have a meeting with Brandy my IPC however she did not show up for the meeting as planned, nor she sent a note of excuse.

You might think that since  she has both my email and my personal phone it is very hard to reach me.

You see in my opinion whenever you can not make it for a meeting your are supposed to be chairing,  the minimum you can do is to let everybody know you can not make it.

It is just common courtesy in the real world, in a company is called good management skills.  Actually she is not a manager per se her title is Innovation Program Coordinator (IPC)

Apparently at CNS it is an accepted practice... it shows the food chain in Bakersfield.

At 10:30am we went with a group of other people from CNS to do shopping at Trader Joe's. Apparently I am always the last at exiting the shop as I am having a lot of fun being at the store.

The Trader Joe's location  is getting really busy, it means the local business is picking up very strongly,  on time for the holidays of Thanksgiving.

Nevertheless  Jamie has always a moment for me for a quick funny picture.

As mentioned earlier she is really busy.

This time the total was $80.46

For lunch I had a melted brie sandwich and a slice of polpettone
I just purchased a baguette and I warm it up in the oven.

I have to say the melted brie cheese sandwich was good.

And of course the fire alarm erupted at the apartment... I have been staying long enough to know this very unpleasant procedure... going to the park like chicken with a cut head, waiting for  the fire fighter and at the sups running around like cats that have seen a lake of water...

Well to be absolutely clear it is in my opinion a really unpleasant scene overall.

Soon or later I only hope to see some real fire and smoke coming from an apartment, it will give some real action of what is the actual life is all about.

In the afternoon I went to the movie theater.

I saw the movie ARRIVAL

The reason I selected it is because the review site Rotten Tomatoes was giving this movie a full score.

Well I have to confess that while the Rotten Tomatoes web site gave the movie a high rating...

I personally found the movie, unreal  and a great waste of my time.
I got so  annoyed because it costed me money ($10) plus a snack ($9.75)

However at the movie theater I finally met Larry in Red Shirt  and Janice in white/pink.

It was a very pleasant surprise for me.

I used to met them at the 24 fitness gym and then they disappeared from a day to another.

Good to know they are doing fine. It was not their priority to let me know they are both fine anyway.

I am glad they are still around in the community.

Anyway I also got a hold of Victoria at the movie.
She works in two places.

In the evening at the Maya theater cinema  counter and during  the day as a NRS at CNS at the Mt Vermon Clinic.

I gladly exchanged greetings with her and kidded  about buying some beer.

She mentioned no beer for me..
I switched my order to Edamame and green tea. ($9.75)

Last Sunday I took my weight at the apartment.
It was 177.8 lb

Last Sunday something bad happened to me as well.

I went to church first. I balanced my outing money with the $4.25 I had left.

The message was from a reading by S. Paul " If we are unwilling to work hard neither we are going to eat."
The message is  this is the time to work hard for our salvation.

On the way back I jumped in the van with Delia and Gilbert.

The radio was blasting high and Gilbert dancing at the loud music.
I should be used to this matter, yet my shunt is not.

Along the ride I felt my shunt started hurting a lot.

I had a strong pain at my shunt. I start feeling a pulsing a pounding on my right side of the head where the shunt is located.

Of course I went to Nursing at the apartment and reported it immediately.

Nursing invited me to go to my apartment to wait for the nurse.
Sabrina came to check my blood pressure and the oxygen content of my blood.
The pressure was a bit elevated though.

She looked at my eyes, made me follow her right index finger by swinging  it left and right in front on my eyes..
She determined I was OK.. I got some Tylenol nevertheless.

As it stands  I should not feel my shunt hurting   under any conditions.

I am taking massive does of Buspirone for this purpose.

Anyway I  had my lunch cleaned my own mess and went to the gym.
I signed out at 2pm and walked to the gym where I arrived at 2:42pm

It was a great and pleasant walk. I learned to be careful no matter what.

Here some people drive in careless way, particularly big pickup trucks with a long bed.
The bigger the vehicle they drive the smaller is their attention to their environment.
I clearly made this inverse correlation.

Over there on Sunday  I have my own program to follow.:

1) stair master at level 5. I set it for a 40 minute work out. I am doing 2.75 miles.

This is good for my legs and my balance. It makes me walk better and better.

2) multi mode trainer level 5. This is a machine with a robe that I am going to pull down. I normally run for the length of 1 mile. Right now it takes me 20 minute.
Cassie at the gym has recommended it to me to strengthen my back muscle.

3)  I did my rotary torso exercise 4 x 20 x 40 lb.

Before leaving the gym I sat in the big quite room and accurately stretched my body.
Stretching is as important as fitness.

Finally at 4:20 pm I was ready to leave.
I called the apartment to let them know I was coming back. Obviously I walked back to the apartment.

At 4:50pm I signed back at the apartment. On time for my Metagenics and my evening shower.

I simply got organized for the next day. I prepared by lunch for today with a fresh salad and a portion of meatloaf I had in the freezer.

I worked out my portion of fresh fruit.

I relaxed until at 9pm they came to give me my Ambien to sleep.

I slept well, no one shouting from the floor below, like Mr K. does at the time.

I wake up by myself got a good breakfast.
Cereal, trail mix, toasted  bread, honey and peanut butter.
Coffee with frothed milk.. you can very well say the usual.

As always I like to snap pictures of the local flowers.
As the program says Giuseppe likes to take pictures of the local flowers...
Yes I do, it is among the few things that are beautiful at CNS.

Enjoy the reading

BTW no newspaper today. Miss Mary invited me to walk to the fire station, there is no more kiosk over there. Perhaps CNS should map out where the newspapers is distributed locally,
After all who cares about the printed newspaper anymore.
It is so last century.. Nowadays everything is electronic.

Sincerely
Giuseppe

Friday November 11 2016

Today is Veteran day.. there are parades and assembly here in Bakersfield to commemorate and salute the veterans of this county. Men and woman that served in the military at different times are celebrated today.

I personally never served in the military. At the time I was in Italy -when I was 24- the draft was compulsory for every man above 24 years of age. As a replacement I  went to work at Cern in Geneva  Switzerland. I applied an old law which was  meant to be used for emigrant people. I used it as I emigrated to Geneva, Switzerland from Italy for a couple of years.

So I  am proud that I made my choice and it paid off.

Last night I  had a good night, slept well and waked up early..I am not sleeping at home as I am at CNS because of my brain injury. My real house is in La Canada.

This morning I made the mistake of calling home in La Canada. As it is a day off from school the family was still sleeping.  I made the mistake of waking up my wife.. she picked up the phone...You know she is clearly not worrying at all about me. She never calls me at the right time...
I am used to be and stay away from the family anyway...

Well the only thing that I remember is not to call them on weekend. Today it was an honest mistake...

Nothing major nothing at all.

I wake up early so that I could get to the newspaper  machine. However it refused to open and stole the money that CNS gave me to buy the newspaper.

I am used to this old mechanical junk... it is an antiquate distribution system from the past century.
I do not know why the Bakersfield California is distributed this way ... obviously they have not figured out a better way.. or CNS does not have any interest in getting to the XXI century.

I did not asked for  the money back from CNS... I do not believe it is a situation that I care to correct any longer.

Here is me walking at the nearby park.

Yesterday evening I filed a complaint about  my IPC Brandy...

She is the IPC (Innovation Program Coordinator) in charge.

Yes I am a bold person that thinks that  at CNS I am expected to be receiving a certain level of service.

I am annoyed  at her as she is clearly taking advantage of the situation. She has not given the money I asked for.

I am using the words annoyed very consciously  and this is the way I am feeling toward her.

This is the way every time I am facing with a person that does not execute on his/her functions this means that he/she does not do his/her job properly.

The way I look at the situation is that Brandy is infringing the fiduciary duty that she has been entrusted by receiving and retaining  the money from Simona for my Personal Account.

I am annoyed  at you Brandi because you are clearly taking advantage of your position.

You said please let me know when you need money.... haven't you?

Or is my fault that I do not remember your words...

All  I can do is to file a complaint for Laurie  (the Site Manager) and Vanessa Cortez

Remember Brandi there are other people above you.

Remember that later you will be judged  by the way you have behaved in life.

You too will be facing a Judgement for all of your actions.

Remember that nobody lasts forever and that you all shall  face a judgement day.

On my side I am not concerned at all. I faced and passed my judgement day.

Enough said about you..

As I am logging my activity of yesterday: I cooked polpettone. It was time to use the turkey ground meat. Keeping track of the expiration date of the food in the fridge.

First I made a soffritto with Carrot, celery and onions and sliced potatoes using Coconut Oil.

I mixed the soffritto with ground turkey meat, added a couple of eggs, bread crumble and broken a few tostadas. The bread is to provide consistency.

I made sure to flavor the meatloaf with salt, oregano and  garlic powder.

I made two distinct  pieces of meatloaf. I rolled it using aluminum foils and cooked it the oven.

As a result of  the cooking activity I did not go to the gym.

Yesterday it was the time of Scott and Cassie.. oh well you go ahead and keep doing what you are doing guys...I do not like Scott he is a new dude and he barely knows what to do.

Cassie on the other hand is a kind  and  nice person,  I am gladly staying away for a while.

My mother sent me from Italy the following Fall image

It represent a Fall composition: cabbage, radicchio (red radish), apples and a black truffle.

She mentioned she is going to use the truffle in a risotto within the next few days.

I showed to Barbara the above image of the truffle. She knows what truffle is yet we talked about what actually tastes like. She mentioned that there are no truffle here in California.

We talked about the way one hunts for truffle. Using pigs or dogs to sniff the truffle out from the field.

And of course this morning I called my mother back in Italy to ask about her doing.

She mentioned that she is having some physiotherapy  at her legs as she has trouble walking.

I mentioned that I need money as  nobody is giving me money. I put a cash request the other day.  I am supposed to compile a cash request for CNS withing 24  to 48 hours to access the money.

I talked early this morning to Miss. Murray at the CNS

(by the way nice Mercedes Jeep you drive CNS must be paying you a nice salary).

She talked to the office and came up with the answer that this is a matter to be discussed between Brandy and Simona my  wife...

I am awfully annoyed by all this mirroring ping pong and not taking responsibility .. As mentioned above I called my mother  in Italy and asked her  for money to be send to me...

This  normally annoys  my wife... so be accept it darling.

It is all the doing of CNS and your negligence with my own request.

In fact you never send me a note, an email a cards.. it is fully understood you are focused on being yourself with your job... yes without your job the family goes South.
Nevertheless it is going South it has been going South since you took over.

Why do I need money?

Because I never have the chance to having you to provide me food..

And when you do,  like the other day when you had the thank you dinner.. it was a counted per capita food... dear CNS.

Polpettone di tachhino, a salad with greens and cooked eggplant Tostadas and an apple.

Where the money goes dear  Insurance?

The money is eaten for food, dear Insurance.. I do not like to eat junk food.. can you blame me?

I prize myself of maintaining a certain standard of eating.
No empty calories, no sodas, no ice cream, no juice (too much sugar) no eating at the Mt Vernon Clinic I am always eating my own food.

So let's talk to the Insurance again to make sure we are on the same airwaves regarding this matter.

Have a great weekend
Sincerely

Thursday November 10

Yesterday I came back to the apartment after therapy.

I  went straight ahead to cooking. I had been defrosting a Cod Fillet.

I lightly seasoned it and rolled it in flour with bread crumbs.

After dressing it I preheated the oven at 450F.

Once the oven was  hot enough the cod cooked  within 10 minutes.

It was my crunchy cod night.

Presentation is everything in life.

Here is there result with a great  salad as side. For the salad I used avocado and cherry tomatoes.

Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar to dress the salad.

It looks great doesn't ?

Yesterday evening I asked for a cash advanced from my Personal Account.

They had offered to give me $20 but actually I mentioned I wanted to access my Personal Account for a different amount.  So as requested by the procedure I filled the form for asking for the money and  I just called the apartment and talked with Vanessa.
She mentioned that she is going to follow with Brandy my IPC and I will be fine.

After dinner I had a scuffle with the supervisor as they did not let me get to my Personal Account. Rather they gave me $20... well I feel this is not what I was asking for and as it looked like  charity I did not take it.

By the way do you remember the program I had from CNS on a piece of papers...

yes.. the little white papers below..

Yesterday out of frustration I gave it back to Cassandra one of the sup...
meaning this is the XXI century.. I do not need any more information on a piece of paper from CNS.

I am expecting to have a modern PDF format file that I can carry with me on the phone at all time...

Apparently CNS, my Case Manager  and the Insurance are stuck in the last century...

Dealing with paper information...

I went to the gym.. they told me you have to sign off... so I did signed off and went to the gym by myself.
I had cycle with Cassie and body pump with Sylvia.

Obviously at the gym there were the usual people that makes worth going to the gym.

Cassie was there inviting the class to get stronger and better. She told me she is planning to go back to school soon, so she is planning to take credits at the Bakersfield Community College.

Oh well, always going for the high road.

She has a degree in Marketing and hopefully she will be able to choose the right path for her.

Let's go to body pump with Sylvia. It was her daughter Nina's adversary last week.

Nina's turned 21 years old. So happy belated birthday.

I worked on body pump, repetition and range of motion. Not heavy weight at all.

This morning I had to wake up sat 5am  very early  as I had a MRI at 6:45am

I wanted to take a shower breakfast and everything before leaving for the medical appointment.

The MRI was at the Kern Radiology Center. They have an incredible machine.

This is a picture of the machine from the web not the actual equipment over there.

For obvious reason it was not allowed to carry into the room any magnetic device, let alone a cell phone. So my bag pack, lunch box, watch  and phone  had to be safely store in a locker room outside

This is the machine from General Electric

During the procedure I had to leave my eye glass on a table.

The service was great and everybody was very very kind to me.

At some point they asked me to pay a copay of $350. I know that the medical costs are paid by my wife  Simona. I could not reach her right away.. so they took note of the responsible party for the payment.

After the procedure we went to the archive department and asked for the result to be burned into a CD while we were there . The optical disk will be reviewed by Dr Alois Zauner in Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital where I had my shunt inserted four  years ago (2012). Dr Zauner has not seen a scan of my brain since 2012.

Along the process I was asked to tell  the age of my wife... the truth is that I am always  getting the wrong answer.. I am making a mistake as  I am rounding down her age. At time I feel she should the one to get a bit interested on me... obviously she is not much interested.

CNS has not gave her the message as they did to me: think about you wife... perhaps she should have the same message as think about your husband a bit... or it is too painful to be faced with the reality of fact....

Last time Steve Bartolotti told me hey think about your wife... Steve is now gone from Bakersfield.

You see people at CNS are leaving without even having the courtesy of saying goodbye and farewell.

After the medical procedure Berta was waiting for me and drove me to Mnt Vernon  Clinic.

Over there I started reading current events of the last newspapers I got today  and at 11am Alex drove me to the Homes of Hope at 600 Niles Street.

Here I filled in my daily blog... I had lunch with a vegetable soup I brought over to eat.. and  a small serving of fruit, I also drank my coffee and finally brushed my teeth.

You see I am starting to figure out I like dark coffee Italian style. so I am bringing with me a thermos container to keep the coffee warm.

I do not like at all Americano style coffee, so I am bring with me the cuccuma style one..not too much as otherwise my shunt hurts... then I am neutralizing all the Buspirone dosage I am taking..

Wednesday November 9 2016

This morning I went to the Dr Jue Dental office on Commerce Drive here in Bakersfield.

Alex drove me there. I had a 11am dental appointment. So We drove first to the Mt Vernon Clinic and then to the doctor and finally to the Homes of Hope here in Niles street.

Today there is no newspaper available because the kiosk had the old newspaper from last week.

At the dentist I picked up the night retainer that I am going to use while sleeping.

This device will help my teeth and protect it at night to avoid grinding it.

It is because I grind my teeth that I have been feeling pain to my left hear.

The feeling of pain symptom has been traced back as being cause by  my back tooth in my lover jaw not being fully aligned.

This is the night retainer. It was not covered by the insurance. Simona's bill was $500.

Simona told me you are better using it as the doctors is recommending it and it has been paid.

I was prescribed Tylenol as needed to reduce the inflammation. It worked and greatly  reduced the pain.

Also I was recommended to stay on a light food diet and not to open my jaws too wide.
I have been eating simple food mostly simple to eat.

Next appointment is after Thanksgiving.

Here we go as much as about me.

The country  had a very interesting evening last night.

The new president is Donald Trump. The Republican party has had a sweeping victory success out of  this election cycle.

Hillary Clinton and the Democrat party sustained a resounding and certainly unexpected defeat.

I talked with  my wife and my mother about the current status in US

Our youngest son Lapo mentioned that he would like to go back to Italy...
For him Italy is the place where he has a large family.

He  has fun walking around Rome, goes to the beach and basically has a good time  with the extended family.

My mom is telling him that being in Italy is not always  like being in Disneyland.

Lapo does sees Italy as his vacation place.

Yesterday evening I did not go to the gym.

I stayed at the apartment.  And I stayed busy.

I cooked. I wrote a long letter to my mother.

It is written in Italian. I am reusing my native language whenever I am writing to my mom back in Italy.

While  I am writing to her, I can feel the words coming more easily and the use of the language being restored from a long sleep. Basically I am gaining my written fluency back. Which is important.

Here is the letter and the envelope. I wrote two full pages to her.

Yesterday evening I sent it out,  It  requires 4 forever stamps for Italy.

As I was watching the results of the election I had dinner at the apartment and decided I did not want to go to the gym.

I had a chicken broth soup with pasta.. easy to eat per the dentist recommendation.

Yesterday evening I also have filled a cash req for Brandi my current IPC.

Whenever I need petty cash I am supposed to fill a cash req.

Right now my Personal money reserve is low so I asked Brandy to get $50 from my Personal Account.

Because I stayed back I took advantage of cleaning the whole apartment very accurately.

The bathroom was first cleaned

I used the carpet cleaner in the whole apartment  and later I washed the floor using a swiffer to mop the floor.

I took care of cleaning inside the fridge all different compartments.

I reviewed the food for  date labels to  made sure it was all good and up-to-date.

The food was stored  back in order.

Here I am showing the bins as  I washed it as well.

It is all cleaned, some small particles of vegetable have been removed from the bins inside the fridge.

I washed all my clothes, and folded it neatly away.

I took care of removing the accumulated dust from all surfaces of the apartment.

I had the change of  putting a nail in  the wall so that I could  hang a picture frame of my kids.

I have so many picture frames that it is getting increasingly difficult to keep it all clean from the dust.

The pictures of my family that can be hanged are going to be placed on the wall of the apartment.

I took a nail from the blue room and use it in my green room. As hammer I used a cup from the apartment... clever and simple.

Every time I am walking by the flowers at the apartment I can not resist but  snap several pictures.

For dinner tonight I defrosted a cod filet.

I am planning to cook it later as my evening cooking activity.

The local hair quality varies a lot. Today it is marked as unhealthy as the pollutant level is high.

Enjoy the reading
