I have been avoiding to take any picture all day -flower, landscape- skipping all on purpose.
Also no more NPR at the apartment.
My wife keeps chastising me that I am using too much data for the Iphone.
Oh well obviously the phone bill is very important. I think that nowadays having to pay a large phone bill means that one does not have the right phone plan at all.
In today's world it is rather out of time having to pay a large phone bill.
Verizon has a plan called small that offers 2GB for $35 a month with carry over etc. You can double the data size to 4GB for $50 a month. Finally there is the Large plan for 8GB + 2GB per line for a cool 70$ a month.
Obviously there are options available as in today's world it is a really dum action to pay for extra in a phone bill. This is my honest opinion for what it matters.
We will know how low I can go with the current no data strategy.
I already had several Tylenols today as my legs have been hurting all the night long.
My body, head and shunt have all being hurting.
I must have been doing a bad movement at the gym yesterday.
I have already being feeling a bit better.
Yesterday at the gym I had body combat with Scott. It is a good exercise with a lot of work.
Afterward I had cycle with Misty.
She is a very nice person always ready to get a picture with me.She is very enthusiastic and ready to push the whole class. She is covering for Lolita for a bit longer.
I have stretched accurately before leaving. And this is the time when I must have hurt my legs.
I went at the gym with Naondy and another patient. Naondy was with the other patient.
As much as I know I am left in a independent status. I cook, shop, clean by myself.
I take my own meds.
I like the gym environment and the people at the gym.
They are the people I am associating with the most.
While at the gym I talked to Wayne.
He calls me - young men. He told me that his nice Mercedes Benz Jeep car got into a rear end collision by a city bus.
The car is completely destroyed and it had to be towed away.
At the gym the usual nice people of the community.
Lee was working hard as always, he is in the Insurance business and some time ago he got into a car accident where he broke a lot of his bones. He looks fine at the gym.
Today I had my lunch here at the AAC there was nobody for going at the other place.
I do not trust anybody with the food as such I always have my own self made food
Whereas on a Friday they serve food for all the patients I prefer and trust my own judgement.
The major reason is that their food is always counted down to the last bit, I dot like what they make.
I am of the opinion that I eat what is inside my own food box. I have quite a good eye for making sure I bring just enough for the day.
I have already observed that the food served by CNS is a rather heavy food, high in saturated fat and low in fiber.
I rather have my good Quinoa based soup, a good polpettone and an Orange
Obviously mister F. C. stopped my microwaving meal in the middle of the defrosting procedure
He is such an unpleasant person to be around.
Always full of unpleasant behaviour.
As the program says make sure the two are separated as he assaulted some time ago.
My head hurt so I struggled to find a person serving me with Tylenol.
Nursing was busy with a "family conference"... oh yes because I often have my own family conference here I understand the priority ...
It is either my shunt or my body that is giving up slowly.
At the reception I stopped by to talk with Cecilia.
She told me this weekend she is going to S.Francisco Medical Hospital.
Her nephew is recovering from heart surgery.
He is a tiny kid and he is doing very well.
As I had a lot of stickers, I gave her the whole stack for the kids she is going to be visiting over there
She appreciated the gesture.
By the way at the clinic I do not anything at all.
My Case Manager keeps telling me I am a disabled individual as such I have no place in doing anything else.
So You see what I am doing is accepting the recommendation sitting on the chair and blog
My life starts outside CNS
that is where the real people are located.
