After Lunch posting

Well, I did not enjoy my lunch nor the environment.
This is an overly crowed place, it stinks of human feces and the man restroom are not really for man. The  women NRS have free rain into it so CNS make a decision on weather it is allowed to get into the place.

I appreciate my privacy and I would like to stay as such in a respectful environment.
Obviously you do not pay enough your employees as you do not reward etiquette nor good behavior.

Dear CNS, you should stop trying to cramp everybody into a single place. It is obvious you do not have the resources to handle your patient at the clinic.

Monday November 30

Four days ago Danielle left and went back to Vegas
To celebrate her departure she allowed me to snap this picture for a farewell to her.

For  Thursday Thanksgiving day I prepared a number of letters for my family

For my mother in law Anna a letter in Italian  to bring with her as she returned back to Rome, where she normally resides. 

On Thanksgiving day  ( Thursday November 26)  Simona came to pick me up from La Canada where we leave. On the same day we went to Stefano and Jen for dinner.

They have two sons: Renzo and Dario. Renzo is in between Chicco and Lapo while Dario is in front of the picture.  At dinner Bob and Raffaella were also invited. 

Their son Luca is at the right hand of Lapo in front of Chicco.

In the picture below you will see  Bob. At his left hand side  there is Jen. 

As mentioned above Jen organized a very nice evening for the whole group of friends.

She cooked goose. It was a very good meal.

The goose was tasted by everybody and we all enjoyed it very much.

Raffaella and Bob were also present.

I had red beets and loved it.

Here you  have Stefano and his wife Jen the two hosts of the evening.

Stefano took us for a ride on his new  Tesla car. It is a great vehicle, incredible performances and technologies. He showed us the self driving and self parking feature. 

After all it is a top of the line electric car.

Last Friday November 27 we went around LA.

We tasted a real Italian Gelato in Hollywood at Grom.

Simona likes to dress the boys as twins. 

I guess it is an accurate statement that they look alike.

Here we are in Hollywood having a good time.

Before it  we went to get a coffee at Intelligentsia in Pasadena

Last Saturday my mother in law Anna left and went back to Italy.

We drove her to the LAX airport. 

She took an Air-France flight, LAX-Paris-Rome.

She had a good flight and she already arrived.

Last Saturday evening November 28 we went to see  a movie at the ArcLight movie theater at the Paseo Colorado of Pasadena. 

The title movie was " The good dinosaur"

It is a sad story about a small dinosaur that looses is father. 

Well let's say that  for Simona the movie story line has been too much.

Simona prepared Spaetzle at home

This morning Dedra came to my apartment. She showed me a copy of a complaints of mine.

One evening I was left at the gym alone past my time, typically it is 7pm. At  7:20pm I walked back to the apartment by myself. I paid attention to the rules of the street and made sure I respect the yield signs.

It is all well. Once back I filed a note complaints with CNS explaining that according to my program I am supposed to be ready to leave the gym by 7pm.

Dedra showed me that agreed and closed the pending case.

Simona mentioned that this morning she was busy at home as she had the heater systems checked by  a company. I am going to call her afterward.

The flowers are for you all.

Wednesday November 25

My family is fine. The kids today are at home while Simona is busy taking care of the house related duties.

She is going to Caltech today where she is doing a great job.

Yesterday evening I  cooked vegetable broth and wrote to my family.

I used a lot of fresh vegetable and a bouillon cube that Anna brought  me.

I added quick cook integral rice - cooks in 20 minutes.

I adjusted the taste by adding Olive Oil and Parmesan cheese.

I am enjoying my home activities very much.

All these activities I am doing at the apartment by myself (initiations) are called THP (Therapeutic Home Program).

Afterward at 5:45pm I went to the gym. 

 I had body pump with Ellie. She is  the lady at my right hand side.

I focused in repetition and in flexibility.

At the gym I greeted Marnita, Debbie, Lucy. I wished them Happy Thanksgiving.

They all appreciated it.

After body pump I had Zumba with Mike and at 7pm Laurie came to pick me up and to drove me back to the apartment.

Laurie mentioned I should simply be thankful for everything. 

The boys were at home watching TV  after Taekwondo. 

 Simona was coming back home from grocery shopping.

What a busy woman. 

This morning I had my usual good breakfast. 

It is a cold day for California. Chicco and Lapo are at home. They had Nutella with bread.
Simona went to get cash for Marina our Nanny.
 I reached the boys twice at home as Simona's forgot to take the cell phone with her.
It is all good.

My usual stroll at the park with a Panoramic mode picture taken over there.

The local flowers are also wet due to the recent rain.

At the Mnt Vernon Clinic I first read the newspaper of the day to the other patients.

I also greeted Yolanta who came in for today.

In the van I suffered again of motion sickness so Mss Amanda here at the clinic gave me something for my upset stomach.

I  am now filling the daily blog. 

I am always busy here at the clinic.

I distributed my last stickers to all the persons that have little kids.

Tuesday November 24

Yesterday I cooked Panned Turkey Breast , so I had my turkey for this year.

After dinner I went to Yoga with Vivianne.

At the gym the usual familiar persons: Damian, Maria, Lee, Leon and his wife.

After Yoga I was required to go back as Diego had other things to do.

Anyway I enjoyed my time at the gym as always.

Briana took this picture of me, I feel my Ambien sleeping pills is working really great.

I took it at 9pm and at 6om I an up and ready for my day.

Simona this morning had already a group meeting early in the morning. 

She called me to let me know she is OK.

Our kids are on pre-holiday vacation.

As usual today I got pictures of the following roses.

Aren't they beautiful?

Some like to cut it and take it with them. 

I rather like to take pictures. it preserve the flowers.

Jolanta is currently out and as she is sick. 

She will be staying back from the clinic work until after Thanksgiving. 

Jolanta wishes to  all of us a Happy and Peaceful Thanksgiving.

Today at the clinic I read the newspaper to the class.

Then at 11am we had Meditation and I took the lead as Matt was out.

Hence I sat there on his behalf.

For lunch I had my food, and I had it standing as there was no place to sit and eat being sat down as a proper person would do.

Actually I like to eat outside but the  place was not available as there is construction material taking over the available space.

The other eating space is for smokers, hence it is reserved for the ones who feel the urge to smoke.

Hence I ate quickly and as mentioned to you above I was standing. And I got frustrated by it.

I  mentioned today to Miss Amanda that I do not understand the following matter.

Here it is for your clarification: 

Patient Fred at the apartment is driving his big van and he is far in worse shape than me.

He can not walk by himself and he has a lot of other medical peripherals I do not have.

Yet I am not allowed to drive. When I am comparing myself to him I would like to have an explanation on the why.

In my current view here is an example of two different weights for two different situations.

Yet somebody of knowledge should comes forward to explain this matter to me again.

It is perhaps something that CNS should come forward to explain me..

I let you decide on the timing and on the fact.

I am just pushing forward my argument and the fact I am seeing.

We have two cars at home. The little one is a yellow Beatles and it is stick shift.

It belong to Simona my wife.

November 23 Monday

Our kids are at home for the Thanksgiving vacation.
I called too early this morning and found Simona my wife. She told me I should not call home before 9am. It is noted.

At 9am I called home again and found both our kids awake and in full activity.

Our eldest Chicco was busy with his homework.

Our youngest Lapo was making a drawing of the Mayflowers for the Thanksgiving season.



My mother in law Anna was with them.


As usual this morning I have been enjoying my day.

I helped trowing the trash in different places (yes step and step down with a light weight) it is appreciated.

I walked around in the park near the apartment an got this panoramic view of it ..posted for your enjoyment.

I also saw a couple of beautiful flowers and got these pictures of  it.

Some like to cut  it and to bring it with them.

I do not do it, I snap pictures and let it be. 

Over the weekend I did a lot of activities

Cooking the Zucchini squash in the oven.

Last Sunday Nov 22  we had a family event.

Simona reminded me it was her brother Andrea's birthday.

Andrea leaves in Brussels in Belgium,.

I called him at home and wished him a Happy Birthday. 

He confirmed the situation over there is tense and many daily activities have been adjusted to the latest level of the terrorist threat.

 In the morning went to Church  at St. Philips the Apostle

A great experience going to S. Philips the Apostle on Stockdale Hwy.

Last Saturday at the movie theater I  had a $5 discount on the ticket. 

So I had more money for church offering. It was $10.75

Later I went to the gym and my own program for Sunday is reported below.

As I was at the gym I weighted my self. Sent this picture to Melissa my nurse.

This  is my weight: 185.4 lb.

This is my own program for  my Sunday gym activity,

On Sunday I wrote a letter to my boys. 

A letter for the both of them and a Turkey coloring drawing for Lapo. 

I had the drawing last Saturday at Trader Joe's.

I sent the letter last Sunday and it will be at home by the mid of the week.

Last Saturday evening I went to see a really funny movie. It is called the night before

At the counter I greeted Morgana

She asked me how I was doing. I explained her the family is doing great and our kids are always busy with many activities, they are looking forward for the Thanksgiving holiday.

She mentioned she  studies Biochemistry and this week she has finals.

I did a lot of writing last Sunday. 

Something good and something less good.

Anyway it expressed my sense of being.

I sent it all anyway. I mentioned Simona that she should filter the letter from Sunday.

She understood the point.

Last Saturday at Grocery Shopping I spent $50.24

Got the drawing for our kids.

A new supplies of stickers and ticket for the raffle as I brought the bags back at the store.

Last Friday I went to the gym as It was my Zumba night.

At my right Caroline, then Sira, another lady and Rachael with Red hair.

I enjoyed the gym as always.

Today I had motion sickness in the van I feel a bit seek at my stomach.
