August 20 post lunch


After a good Yoga practice with Amy, it is good to eat a healthy senate soup.

As a side I prepared a mozzarella ball and and a  very good salad.

 As usual celery, Arugula, tiny tomatoes and Tostadas.
Olive Oil dressing with Balsamic glaze.

Over lunch I called Anna in Rome and talked with her about the family.
She is doing great in Rome.

She had fun by learning I cooked that much of a bean soup.


Anna mentioned that vegetable proteins are good for me.
